Smart maintenance software is an intelligent equipment management tool to increase performance and life of machinery. It helps to improve predictive maintenance by foreseeing problems rather than having to deal with them after they have occurred. The software tool creates customized reports and analysis to forecast likely problems in time to prevent them, and displays real time information about plants and machinery on a control dashboard.
The system collects the information from three different layers:
- maintenance requests
- preventive maintenance
- predictive smart maintenance
Thereafter, it generates maintenance requests to be managed by maintenance workers in the same way regardless of who generated them.
- One repository for the plant
- Best available configurations
- Hierarchical structure
- Pre-set or cyclical programming
- Alerts and alarms
- Spare parts inventory management
- Preventive maintenance
- Easy control
- Reduced downtime
- Improved product quality
- Reduced maintenance cost
- Equipment extended lifetime
